It's an objective fact, the Rezdora is a heritage of Humanity. UNESCO should consider it, we just throw it out there. Already the word has something to do with myth, it derives from the Latin verb "regere," meaning "she who directs" and therefore "rules." Strong arms and skilled hands, her aprons bear the marks and smells of lost worlds. Worlds that resurface every time those hands work, when the materials are pounded and the water boils. When only they know what to say but above all what to do so that the world doesn't collapse.

Sometimes you recognize her, other times she hides... she is the peak emerging from the center of the earth, a stony stone, a mountain, guardian of that wisdom we all desperately need. Her footsteps, the prints she leaves along the way, are the past, they are the present. Those who embark on them turn their gaze towards the future.
