The Parmigianer N° 25

It's an objective fact, the Rezdora is a heritage of Humanity. UNESCO should consider it, we're just throwing the idea out there.

Even the word itself has something to do with myth, deriving from the Latin verb "regere," meaning "she who directs" and therefore "rules."

With strong arms and skilled hands, her aprons bear the marks and smells of lost worlds. Worlds that resurface every time those hands work, when rolling pins pound and water boils. When only they know what to say but above all what to do so the world doesn't collapse.

Sometimes you recognize her, other times she hides... she's the peak emerging from the center of the earth, a stony rock, a mountain, guardian of that wisdom we all desperately need.

Her footprints, the marks she leaves along the way, are the past, they are the present. Those who follow them gaze toward the future.
