Sunny days spent on a boat, in the various shoals Venetian blinds, observing the sky with their nose up, spreading their arms to see entire flocks take off instantly, drawing perfect geometries in the sky. "

"Quest’opera parla di libertà. Il volo dei gabbiani che popolano i cieli di Venezia. Queste grandi figure bianche, che intersecano l’azzurro del cielo, provengono direttamente dai miei ricordi di infanzia. Giornate di sole passate in barca, nelle varie secche veneziane, ad osservare il cielo con il naso all’insù, allargando le braccia per veder decollare all’istante stormi interi disegnando nel cielo geometrie perfette."
